Chesapeake Solomons Island

We had a short stay at Solomons Island, we walked a few streets and saw this restored home, then we went to the Maritime Museum. As always we found the best place to eat and ran into some friends we had met earlier in Deltaville. We have found that many of the people we have met along the way, come to the Chesapeake and stop for a while. We have found the Chesapeake can be very rough on the water when the wind gets up which then makes boat travel uncomfortable.
